Looking to get in shape, not that I’m out of shape, just want a little reshape, a bit more stamina, better sleep, and in general a healthier life. Now I’m looking for a dedicated gadget to monitor it all. Any suggestions ?

The Post was originally written October 2014, but ended up in the draft basket, it’s now end of April 2015. And I’ve been using a gadget for awhile - I’ll be posting more on this later….
